Before you join
No. The website is the front door. Cosmic also connects enquiries, customer details, messages, bookings and practical growth guidance behind it.
Cosmic is built for owners who want a website and the system behind it. If you only need a simple standalone page, the wider product may be more than you need.
No. Cosmic can improve how your business presents itself and how enquiries are handled, but nobody can honestly guarantee leads.

Websites
You can still explore Cosmic. Replacing an existing site needs a plan, especially if it already gets search traffic. Talk to us before moving anything.
Yes. The website editor lets you update supported page content without touching code. Larger structural changes may need support.
Your business content remains yours. The underlying Cosmic code and templates remain Cosmic intellectual property. A content transfer can be discussed on reasonable terms; a universal export policy has not yet been approved.

SEO, Google & Lumi
No. Search performance depends on your market, competition, website, reputation and ongoing work. Cosmic helps you understand and act on useful opportunities.
No specialist knowledge is expected. Cosmic explains recommendations in plain English, but you still decide what is accurate and worth publishing.
Lumi uses your business context and connected information to suggest next steps, local visibility opportunities and content drafts you can review.
AI can make mistakes. Cosmic keeps the owner in control: check facts, service areas, credentials and claims before publishing.
Not to use Cosmic. Some local visibility and Business Profile features require an eligible profile and a successful Google connection.

Pricing & trial
You add a card, pay £0 on day one and get access to the Cosmic system during the Stripe-managed trial.
The first subscription payment is taken after the 14-day trial ends, at the price shown at checkout, then monthly in advance.
You are not charged the first subscription payment. Access remains available until the trial ends.
Future billing stops after cancellation. Failed or ended subscriptions may cause the website or dashboard to be paused. Verified custom domains have an implementation-level grace period, but customer-facing offboarding details still require a final commercial policy.
