Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you use the Cosmic Creative Studios service — our website, our client dashboard, and any related communication. By signing up, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, emailhello@cosmiccreatives.co.uk before you sign up.

1. The service

Cosmic Creative Studios provides UK trades businesses with a professionally built website and a client dashboard (leads, pipeline, calendar, inbox, reviews, and related tools) for a flat monthly fee of £79/month. There are no separate design or build fees on top of the subscription unless we've explicitly agreed otherwise with you in writing.

2. Payment terms

  • The subscription is billed monthly, in advance, at £79/month unless otherwise agreed.
  • There is no fixed contract term — you can cancel at any time.
  • Cancelling stops future billing; it doesn't refund the current billing period already paid for.
  • If a payment fails, we'll try to collect it again and let you know — continued failed payments may result in your site or dashboard access being paused.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card details.

3. What's included

Your subscription includes:

  • A professionally built website for your business, hosted and kept online by us;
  • Access to the client dashboard for managing leads, your pipeline, appointments, and customer messages;
  • Reasonable, ongoing minor content and copy changes to your site, requested via the dashboard's support/change-request tool;
  • Standard technical maintenance and hosting for your site while your subscription is active.

Larger requests — a full redesign, new custom functionality, or work well beyond routine updates — may be scoped and quoted separately. We'll always tell you before any extra cost applies.

4. Your responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Give us accurate information about your business so we can build and maintain your site correctly;
  • Only submit content, logos, and images you have the right to use;
  • Use the dashboard and any customer data you store in it lawfully, including complying with your own obligations to your customers under UK data protection law;
  • Keep your login details secure and not share your account with people outside your business without good reason.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your own business content — your logo, business name, text, and images you provide us. While your subscription is active, we grant you a licence to use the website we build for you. The underlying code, templates, and design system Cosmic Creative Studios uses to build and run client websites remain our intellectual property. If you cancel, we can discuss transferring your specific site's content to you or another provider on reasonable terms.

6. Limitation of liability

We'll do our best to keep your website and dashboard available and working correctly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service — occasional downtime for maintenance or issues outside our control (including outages at our hosting or infrastructure providers) can happen. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmic Creative Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost business) arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that cannot legally be limited or excluded, such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

7. Ending the service

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard, or by contacting us directly. We may suspend or end your access if payment fails repeatedly, if you breach these terms, or if you use the service unlawfully. If we end the service for reasons other than your breach of these terms, we'll give you reasonable notice where possible.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
